Effective October 7, 2026
VS Hub (hub.vectorstack.us) is operated by Vector Stack LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating under the VectorStack brand (“VectorStack”, “we”). This VS Hub Privacy Policy is VS Hub’s product-specific privacy notice: it explains what information VS Hub handles, what we use it for, and the choices you have. The VectorStack Privacy Policy covers our websites and other services. For VS Hub, it applies only as part of this notice, on matters this notice does not address (such as your privacy rights, cookies, international transfers and children); where the two differ, this notice controls. Your use of VS Hub is governed by the VectorStack Terms of Use; for Google user data, the “Google user data” section below prevails over both documents. Questions go to it@vectorstack.us.
If you connect a Gmail account with “Continue with Google”, VS Hub asks Google for these permissions and uses them as follows:
gmail.modify). From the time you connect, VS Hub copies the messages that arrive in your inbox, or that get one of your labels (including older messages you label later), into your VS Hub mailbox, in folders named after those labels. If it falls behind by more than about a week — for example while it had lost access to your account — it catches up on up to 14 days of such mail, which can include mail from shortly before you connected. Mail in spam, trash, drafts or chats, and mail that is in neither your inbox nor one of your labels (such as most sent mail), is not copied. A message you had already read in Gmail when it is copied is marked as read; other later changes in Gmail, such as reading, archiving or deleting a message, are not copied. While you have VS Hub open, it also checks each newly copied message for a one-time code or a confirmation link; with “Verification codes & links” on in Settings, it shows them to you in a browser notification, and clicking the notification moves that message to your VS Hub Archive.gmail.send). When you send a message from that address in VS Hub, it goes out through your Gmail account, and Gmail keeps it in your Sent mail.openid, userinfo.email), to know which account you connected.Apart from the messages you send through it, VS Hub does not change, move or delete anything in your Gmail account. If you had also connected the same account with an app password (IMAP), VS Hub keeps copying all of its folders that way as a backup; disconnecting stops that too.
VS Hub uses Google user data only to provide these features to you. The access tokens Google issues are stored encrypted, and the messages copied into VS Hub are kept in your VS Hub mailbox on VectorStack’s mail servers, like the rest of your email. Your mailbox and VS Hub’s database are part of VectorStack’s nightly backups. The backups are encrypted and kept on our own hardware and, as an encrypted copy, with our cloud storage provider (Cloudflare R2), which cannot read them. They are kept for up to six months, so a message you delete leaves them within that time.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or to determine credit-worthiness, or use it to create, train or improve any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model. We do not share it with anyone else, including any artificial-intelligence provider, except the provider that stores our encrypted backups, where needed to run VS Hub for you, to comply with the law, or with your permission. People at VectorStack do not read it, except with your permission, when needed for security, or when the law requires it. If VectorStack is part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, we will transfer Google user data only after getting your explicit consent.
VS Hub’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The commitments in this section are product-specific terms for VS Hub. For Google user data, and for any data aggregated, de-identified or derived from it, they and the Limited Use requirements prevail over any broader permission in the VectorStack Terms of Use or the VectorStack Privacy Policy, including permissions to improve our products or business, to use aggregated or de-identified data, to send marketing, to share data with other service providers or integrations, or to disclose data in a business transaction. You can send any request about your Google user data directly to us at it@vectorstack.us, even if your VS Hub account belongs to an organization.
Connections to VS Hub are encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in goes through VectorStack’s single sign-on, and only the people who run the service have administrative access to its servers.
If we change this notice, we will update this page and the effective date above. Before VS Hub uses Google user data in a new way or for a purpose not described here, we will tell you and ask for your consent.
